Return & Replacement Policy

This Return & Replacement Policy (“Policy”) applies to all purchases made through UsmanRewari.com (“Website,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By placing an order on our Website, you (“Customer,” “you,” or “your”) agree to the terms of this Policy in addition to our Terms and Conditions.

We are committed to providing fresh and high-quality products to our customers. In the unlikely event that you receive an expired or non-fresh product, the following terms and conditions will apply.

1. Eligibility for Replacement

1.1 A replacement will only be issued if the Customer proves, with sufficient evidence, that the product delivered was:

  • Expired at the time of delivery, or
  • Not in fresh condition at the time of delivery.

1.2 Products are not eligible for replacement in the following cases:

  • If the product was consumed or partially used before raising a complaint.
  • If the complaint is raised after the designated claim period (see Section 2).
  • If no valid proof is provided.

2. Claim Period

2.1 The Customer must notify Usman Rewari within 24 hours of receiving the product in order to be eligible for a replacement.

2.2 Claims made after this period shall not be entertained under any circumstances.

3. Proof of Claim

3.1 To process a replacement, the Customer must provide clear and sufficient evidence, which may include but is not limited to:

  • Photographs showing the product label and expiry date.
  • Photographs or videos demonstrating that the product is not in fresh condition.
  • Order confirmation number and delivery details.

3.2 Usman Rewari reserves the right to determine, in its sole discretion, whether the evidence provided is sufficient to approve a replacement.

4. Replacement Process

4.1 Once the claim is verified and approved, a replacement of the same product shall be dispatched to the Customer at no additional cost.

4.2 Replacement will be made only for the same product as originally ordered. Substitutions, exchanges, or refunds are not permitted under this Policy.

4.3 In the event that the product is no longer available, Usman Rewari reserves the right to provide a replacement of equivalent value, subject to Customer’s approval.

5. Exclusions

5.1 This Policy does not apply to:

  • Products damaged due to improper handling or storage after delivery.
  • Claims without proper order details or proof of purchase.
  • Delays caused by courier/shipping services beyond our control.

6. Governing Law

This Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes arising under this Policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Pakistan.
